Return Policy:

At Preserve & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE IN-STORE.

To initiate a return, please FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW.

Provide your transaction DATE AND TRANSACTION number and the ITEM(S) YOU’d LIKE TO RETURN. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and issue a return authorization number.

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

ALL HATS, Jewelry, EDIBLE ITEMS, AND BATH AND BODY PRODUCT, and final sale items ARE FINAL. The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

- Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the delivery date.

- You will be responsible for the costs associated with the returned merchandise..

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the package reaches us safely.

- Once we receive the returned item(s), Please allow 5 BUSINESS DAYS for the refund to be reflected in your original form of payment.
